How long have they been in business? Typically the more
experience the agent has, the better they can assist you. I have
been licensed since 1994! My sellers benefit greatly from the
expertise gained through more than a decade on transactions.
How do they work with other REALTORS? Agents who have experience volunteering
with other agents have a greater raport. They can serve your interests by working well
with the agent who may have the buyer for your home! I am dedicated to working
with other agents in a positive, friendly and professional manner. In fact, my competitors

Do they value continued education? Agents who stay on top of trends, who avidly work
to perfect their skills, who are always look for better ways to represent their clients are
generally someone Sellers can trust to get their home sold in record time and for top
